- Credit Card
- Bank Draft (No Fee) please click on bank draft and print the form off with a copy of check or something from your bank and return to us. Fill the form out and return back to us.

- For echeck payment by phone go to your account click on Payment Profiles and set up profile
Payment Fees: Credit Cards – 2.50 % of subtotal. ACH – $1.00 per transaction ($0.50 added for each additional merchant paid). ACH greater than $10,000.00 – additional 0.20 % charge on amounts exceeding $10,000.00. This amount will appear on your statement
